TRICK 2 - Use a social networking site (Facebook)

Way 1-

Step 1 : Log into your facebook account. Go to the search bar. 

Step 2 : Type the mobile number you want to search.

Step 3 : See the results to find that person. :P

Way 2-

You can follow the way-2 in the case you don't find any results.

Step 1 : Logout from facebook. Make sure you are on this page.

Go to this website. Type the number in the field provided.

You can find the geographical location and the Service provider of that particular number. There are many other websites that do provide service this way.
